⢠Provide support, maintenance and evolution of the Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem ⢠Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis, ensuring service stability ⢠Operate in critical environments within an SLA-driven operational model ⢠Support data processes and business areas that rely on master data ⢠Participate in data governance routines ⢠Generate operational reports ⢠Continuously contribute to process improvements and data quality ⢠Interact with multidisciplinary teams in day-to-day operations.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Relevant experience in Master Data Management (MDM) environments ⢠Experience with the EBX5 MDM platform ⢠Knowledge of Precisely Data360 Analyze (data analysis and data quality) ⢠Experience with MDM ecosystem APIs and integrations ⢠Knowledge of incident management and root cause analysis ⢠Experience supporting data processes and operating in critical environments ⢠Familiarity with an SLA-driven operational model ⢠Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams and participate in governance routines
