📋 Description

• Lead and act as a reference for the client/business vision; build relationships with internal stakeholders and be ready to support team development. • Be business-driven: understand the day-to-day of business and operations areas, work with key metrics, processes and needs. Think about what the business requires to meet its goals and serve the customer. • Share knowledge with peers by documenting, communicating and enabling access to information. • Act with ownership, seeking best practices in implementing requests, processes and technologies with a focus on results and deliveries. • Communicate assertively and clearly, serving as the interface with key stakeholders across multiple business areas. Identify, define and manage scopes for short-, medium- and long-term needs. • Demonstrate strong logical reasoning, critical thinking, organization and agility in problem solving. • Be proactive, focused and have a strong ability to work in a team. • Manage projects and programs related to data, involving multiple squads and technically/ functionally complex scopes. • Build and maintain high-level and detailed delivery plans (roadmaps, schedules, milestones), promoting predictability. • Ensure business readiness by coordinating communications, training, documentation and alignment with business areas. • Facilitate agile ceremonies and processes, such as Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives, when applicable to the project. • Orchestrate technical and operational dependencies, collaborating with data engineering, product, architecture and governance teams. • Establish communication rituals and cadences with internal and external stakeholders, reporting metrics and progress. • Organize final deliverables such as go-live kits, operational guides, support plans and training tracks.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership: Ability to coordinate multiple teams and organizational levels with clarity, empathy and results orientation. • Executive communication: Able to navigate between technical and business areas, adapting language and reporting. • Product and delivery mindset: Understand the full lifecycle of data solutions — from engineering to business application. • Autonomy and ownership: High capacity for self-management, prioritization and decision-making in ambiguous environments. • Preferred: • - Advanced Spanish • - Data governance (DAMA, LGPD, catalogs, data quality, lineage) • - Visualization tools: Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase • - Project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project • - Agile and traditional methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and PMBOK, PRINCE2 • - Knowledge of data products, data mesh and modern architectures (data lake, cloud, event-driven) • - Data storytelling: ability to turn indicators and metrics into actionable narratives.
