📋 Description
• Lead Tax Reform projects under the governance of the Project Management Office (PMO), following the client's project management methodology. • Work closely with Tax/Fiscal, Tax Compliance and tax systems teams, translating business requirements into project plans. • Coordinate the activity roadmap, schedule, deliverables, risks, dependencies and communication between the company and the business units managed by the PMO. • Ensure the review and alignment of tax processes and systems (tax compliance filings, digital tax bookkeeping, tax calculation, integrations with ERP and satellite systems). • Lead status meetings, steering committees and governance rituals, preparing executive materials for the board and group company leadership. • Monitor project performance indicators (schedule, cost, quality, risks) and propose corrective actions when necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• Required experience in financial areas, with roles in product, operations, projects or continuous improvement; • Knowledge of tax systems and processes; • Intermediate English; • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Azure DevOps; • Experience in project management / Knowledge of agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.); • Analytical skills; • Leadership; • Excellent written and verbal communication. • **Preferred:** • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Technology and/or related fields;
