📋 Description

• Engage with strategic customers and partners in Japan in solution presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts to support the regional revenue growth. • Work closely with the sales team to support customers throughout the sales cycle. • Manage and maintain the Customer Demo Lab environment, ensuring operational readiness. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams with test setups, and contribute to automation and innovation efforts within the lab.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or network consulting. • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, switching/routing, wireless LAN, and/or cloud-managed networks. • Good understanding of the Network Industry Landscape. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. • Understanding of cloud-managed networking platforms and integration with security and automation workflows. • Solid troubleshooting skills with CLI, SNMP, and packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark). • Experience with network simulation and testing tools. • Comfortable with both physical and virtual network environments. • Vendor certifications that demonstrate expertise in networking, wireless technologies, access control and cloud are highly preferred. • Experience as a Network Engineer or Lab Engineer in a technical environment. • Fluent in Japanese (native or business level) and proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking).
