🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematical Finance, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in the financial sector executing business transformation projects or in strategic/business consulting. • Language proficiency: Intermediate or Advanced English. • Systems knowledge: Presentation preparation: Canva, PowerPoint; Data analysis and modeling: Power BI, Excel. • Programming and statistics: Python, R. • Familiarity with other apps such as Power Automate is a plus. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project. • Soft skills: Adaptability and quick learning in changing environments and diverse projects. • Effective communication (oral and written) with executive presence. • Multicultural teamwork and a collaborative attitude, maintaining harmonious relationships. • Client orientation and a service mindset at all times. • Analytical and creative thinking to solve complex problems and propose alternatives. • Proactivity and commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
