📋 Description

• Support consulting projects in people management, conducting research and performing data analysis • Participate in client meetings, gathering information and understanding their needs • Map needs and propose solutions to facilitate organizational change • Assist in preparing reports and presentations with relevant data and insights • Contribute to engagement and talent development initiatives in workshops and training sessions • Learn and apply consulting methodologies and people management tools • Create dashboards for process monitoring and analysis • Analyze data and KPIs to provide actionable insights • Participate in planning meetings and contribute to improvements across various industries

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or Engineering • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Power BI and presentation tools • Familiarity with talent management and organizational development • Consultative, dynamic, proactive and results-oriented profile • Intermediate English • Availability to travel • Knowledge of HR systems (a plus) • Knowledge of SAP (a plus) • Knowledge and application of methodologies such as ADKAR or similar (a plus) • Certifications: Prosci, PMP, Scrum Master or similar (a plus) • Spanish (a plus)
