📋 Description

• Planning, leading and supporting innovative and high-impact project structures related to the energy and heating transition and the challenges and opportunities of digitalization • Providing comprehensive end-to-end support to energy companies with a focus on developing and implementing innovative business models in the context of decarbonization • Contributing to topics and projects with high societal relevance in the transformation to a climate-neutral energy system • Conducting organizational, process and profitability analyses, including deriving concrete recommendations for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in energy economics, economics, industrial engineering or a related field • Initial experience in the energy sector or in transformation processes • Fluent German (C1), English at B2 level, and a high willingness to travel (at least 50%)
