📋 Description

• Advise the team on topics such as financial statements, accounting reports, bank reconciliations, implementation of new accounting standards, tax reform, sustainability, debt issuance, initial public offerings, preparation of offerings and provide support on complex consulting matters. • Demonstrate interest in learning complex accounting and auditing concepts and applying them to clients' specific situations. • Work together with Tech to advise our clients on optimizing accounting processes using technology. • Be open to continuous learning and take ownership of self-development in new accounting standards and rules, methodology, auditing and professional practice. • Develop and maintain productive relationships, continuously assessing client satisfaction. • Supervise field activities, monitor work progress, and report to seniors and managers on the status of your work and that of your subordinates. • Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance, feedback and training, and conduct performance evaluations to promote the team's professional growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed or in progress) • English: intermediate to advanced • Professional experience in external audit • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to teamwork
