📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic data and analytics initiatives • Coordinate multidisciplinary Data Engineering, Architecture, Quality Assurance, and business teams • Define and track roadmaps, delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria • Ensure delivery within established scope, timelines, quality standards, and governance requirements • Manage risks, blockers, issues, and dependencies • Connect technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership • Facilitate decision-making and alignment across business, architecture, and technical execution • Drive Agile practices, including planning, refinement, tracking, and continuous improvement • Support backlog organization and prioritization, as well as acceptance criteria • Monitor progress, quality, predictability, and outcome metrics • Prepare and present executive updates • Support platform modernization, data transformation, and the adoption of cloud solutions • Ensure data security, compliance, quality, and governance • Collaborate with architects and engineers to assess impacts, risks, and technical alternatives • Promote collaboration across global and distributed teams • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, platforms, and delivery models • Contribute to DataOps and automation • Support the resolution of blockers and escalation of critical issues • Promote continuous improvements in the efficiency, quality, and outcomes of data initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary Data Engineering, Architecture, Quality, and business teams • Experience managing data projects, programs, or products end-to-end • Experience planning and executing roadmaps, scope, timelines, risks, blockers, and dependencies • Practical knowledge of Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architectures • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data technologies • Knowledge of ETL, ELT, data integration, and Data Engineering platforms • Experience with data governance, quality, security, and data lifecycle controls • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps • Ability to connect business priorities, architectural decisions, and technical execution • Experience with global delivery models and distributed teams • Experience in the financial services sector, modernization projects, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, DataOps, Data Governance, Data Quality, executive reporting, data platform migration, and data transformation are a plus
