📋 Description

• Lead and manage data migration projects for ERP implementations (primarily SAP S/4HANA) • Data mapping between legacy systems and the ERP • Data quality and data cleansing • Execute conversion and transformation scripts (SAP Data Services, Alteryx) • Data loading (SAP Migration Cockpit) • Cutover and go-live planning • Work across the full project management lifecycle, ensuring quality, schedule, scope and deliverables • Lead and develop the team, providing continuous feedback and career management for direct reports • Actively participate in prospecting and engaging new clients, contributing to go-to-market strategies and commercial targets • Evolve and strengthen Data Governance offerings, proposing improvements and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Availability for frequent travel (approx. 25%) and hybrid work • Proven experience in Data Governance and Data Migration • Experience with SAP, SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA • Knowledge of: SAP Data Services, SQL Server, data modeling, DAMA, DMBoK / CMMI DMM, Power BI, SAP Datasphere, SAP BDC • Experience preparing commercial proposals • Advanced English • Intermediate Spanish
