📋 Description

• Support the identification and implementation of improvements in critical processes, collaborating with teams to optimize operational efficiency; • Participate in the creation and implementation of innovative business models and digital solutions, contributing ideas and analyses, as well as developing reports and executive presentations; • Provide technical analyses and market insights to support decision-making; • Assist in implementing governance practices and risk mitigation measures, ensuring all initiatives comply with the company’s internal policies; • Contribute to a work environment that values innovation by bringing new ideas and approaches to projects.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (completed); • Experience in the financial market and business consulting; • Structuring and implementing operating models (process design, governance, KPI development, definition of organizational structure and roles and responsibilities); • Market analysis, definition of business models, business case and business plan preparation, positioning and strategic opportunity assessment, operating model design, scenario analysis and projections; • Advanced English and intermediate Spanish; • Advanced Office suite skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
