📋 Description
• Day-to-day leadership of M&A projects and capital strategy initiatives; • Coordination of teams, structuring financial and strategic analyses; • Interaction with clients and investors, supporting negotiations and ensuring the technical quality of deliverables, as well as contributing to business development and team development.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Valuation, or related areas; • Strong experience with financial analysis, modeling, investment valuation, and supporting strategic decision-making; • Project management experience, stakeholder interaction, and the ability to operate in dynamic, high-complexity environments are desirable; • Advanced English.
