📋 Description

• Lead or participate virtually in global audit engagement teams working with EY teams in Europe and US sub-regions • Perform complex and specific audit procedures • Develop effective, client-focused audit strategies • Plan, conduct, and manage audit and assurance engagements • Apply relevant international accounting and auditing standards • Build relationships supporting tailored assurance services and new business development • Prioritize and handle multiple assignments in challenging environments • Use EY audit tools and proprietary technology platforms • Develop an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry • Work full time from home in Sri Lanka

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced audit or accounting professional • Experience in Insurance, Banking, and Wealth & Asset Management • Experience in audit and assurance services • Experience using audit software applications • Strong leadership and communication skills • Passion for delivering exceptional client service • Driven and detail-oriented • Submit a resume including details of three non-related referees • Must be based in Sri Lanka for home-based work
