📋 Description

• Lead or participate virtually in global audit engagement teams working with EY teams in Europe and US sub-regions • Use audit tools and proprietary EY technology platforms while applying globally accepted audit methodology • Develop an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry through expert training • Perform complex and specific audit procedures and develop client-focused audit strategies • Plan, conduct, and manage audit and assurance engagements according to international accounting and auditing standards • Build relationships to provide tailored assurance services and contribute to new business development • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments in challenging environments

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced audit or accounting professional • Experience in Insurance, Banking, and Wealth & Asset Management • Experience in audit and assurance services • Experience using audit software applications • Strong leadership and communication skills • Passion for delivering exceptional client service • Ability to perform complex and specific audit procedures • Ability to plan, conduct, and manage audit and assurance engagements in accordance with relevant international accounting and auditing standards • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in challenging environments • Driven and detail-oriented • Resume must include details of three non-related referees • Applicants must be based in Sri Lanka
