📋 Description
• Provide support and maintenance for the SAP S/4HANA environment, HANA database, SAP PO, SAP GRC-NFE, SAP SSO and IDM, ensuring overall system stability; • Respond to client requests, implement improvements and configurations, and handle other demands via the ticketing tool SAP Rise.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field; • Strong experience with: SAP HANA, SAP COCKPIT, SAP S/4 Fiori, SAP PO, SAP IDM, SAP GRC-NFE, SAP GRC-AC, Solution Manager (including Monitoring, LMDB, EWA and DVM reports), SLD/SLT, Content Server, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector, and Linux operating systems; • Familiarity with virtualization platforms, backup tool integration, and networking; • Advanced English; • Work schedule: may include a 12x36 shift rotation or an alternate 5x2 schedule.
