📋 Description
• Ensure the team understands and correctly applies Scrum principles and practices. • Act as a facilitator, mentor and change agent, promoting an agile culture within the organization. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective. • Remove impediments that may affect the team's productivity. • Foster collaboration across departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. • Protect the team from external interruptions and keep focus on Sprint goals. • Support the Product Owner in backlog management and priority definition. • Drive continuous improvement through agile practices and metrics (KPIs, burndown charts, etc.). • Ensure value-driven deliveries to the customer, aligned with business objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields; • Experience applying agile methodologies as a Scrum Master, with strong ability to integrate across diverse areas. • Creation of KPIs, leading squad ceremonies and ensuring tangible value deliveries.
