📋 Description
• Lead multiple global and local projects within Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) • Guide the team in managing risks related to direct tax calculations • Assist audit teams in reviewing calculations and identifying risks/exposures • Responsible for managing Direct Tax projects with a compliance focus • Financial management of projects and commercial initiatives • Provide technical training to the work team
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or Economics • Specialization in Tax Law and/or tax management • Advanced or fluent English and/or Spanish • Consistent experience in projects involving direct tax calculations • Knowledge of corporate income tax and social contribution on net profit (CSLL) • Experience with tax planning and corporate restructurings • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to teamwork and leadership
