📋 Description
• Provide consistent accounting audit services • Assemble multidisciplinary teams to address clients' complex issues • Use proven global audit methodology and high-quality tools • Adapt audit methodology to the client's environment • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel • Supervise daily fieldwork • Report work status to supervisors • Manage team performance • Develop staff through delegation and feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Accounting • Intermediate proficiency in English • Professional experience in external audit • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Project management skills • Commitment to teamwork and leadership • Active CRC (Brazilian regional accounting registration) — preferred • Knowledge of US GAAP and Brazilian GAAP, IFRS, CVM and SEC regulations — a plus • Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) — a plus
