📋 Description

• Manage and monitor vulnerabilities using ServiceNow, with a focus on the Vulnerability Response for Applications (VR for Applications) module. • Perform triage and prioritization of vulnerabilities using metrics and reports generated by ServiceNow. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions, minimizing dependence on repeated requests. • Participate in technical meetings and discussions, contributing insights and recommendations to improve security posture. • Develop and use Power BI for data analysis and security reporting, facilitating visualization and interpretation of information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related Technology field. • Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response; CISSP; CISM; CompTIA Security+. • Knowledge of Tenable, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, Linux, and other programming/scripting languages. • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module to manage and respond to vulnerabilities. • Familiarity with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk or IBM QRadar) for security event analysis. • Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus, Qualys, or Rapid7. • Proficiency in English or Spanish is a plus.
