📋 Description

• Leading complex, multi-stream Digital EHS and ESG implementation engagements end-to-end, from solution strategy through to deployment and transition. • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping them define digital roadmaps and solve complex EHS and ESG challenges through technology. • Owning commercial outcomes for engagements, including scope definition, pricing, risk management and delivery governance in line with EYs Q&RM requirements. • Providing strong people leadership across multiple engagements, including coaching and developing Managers and high-performing teams. • Supporting business development activities, including proposal development, tenders and client pursuits.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading multiple, concurrent IT or digital transformation programs end-to-end. • Proven ability to sell and shape professional services engagements, including responding to RFPs and tenders. • Deep understanding of complex, integrated delivery models, including design, build, test, data, change management and transition. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly at senior levels.
