📋 Description
• Work on projects in the People/Human Resources area, providing proactive guidance and identifying practices that may pose labor and social security risks and contingencies; • Improve internal controls to increase compliance and minimize costs; • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client staff and assess their satisfaction; • Supervise daily fieldwork, report work status to supervisors, and manage team performance; • Develop team members through effective delegation of tasks and by providing guidance, feedback, and training related to performance;
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, or Business Administration; • Intermediate English; • Strong knowledge of tax consulting focused on labor and social security taxes; • Experience in tax consulting is a plus; • Expertise in major changes to labor legislation is a plus; • Experience working on tax-efficiency projects is a plus.
