📋 Description

• Work on projects in the People/Human Resources area providing preventive guidance and identifying procedures that may pose labor and social security risks and contingencies; • Enhance internal controls to increase compliance and minimize costs; • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client employees and assess their satisfaction; • Supervise daily field work, report work status to supervisors, and manage team performance; • Develop team members through effective task delegation and by providing guidance, feedback and training on performance;

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Law, or Business Administration; • Intermediate English; • Strong knowledge in tax consulting focused on labor and social security taxes; • Experience in tax consulting; • Expertise in major changes to labor legislation; • Experience in tax efficiency projects (modeling).
