📋 Description

• Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for ITIL / ITSM implementation • Defining and costing complete Service Management solutions • Creating service model frameworks in accordance with RFP requirements • Demonstrating consultative solution skills during bidding phases • Building and managing Service Management Implementation Roadmaps • Delivering Service Management Implementation Projects as a lead or consultant • Preparing clear and concise communications for multiple audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT service management • ITIL Intermediate Level or ITIL 4 MPT Certification • Experience leading process implementation & improvement projects • Process Consulting • Process audit, assessment and GAP experience in Service Management • Strong understanding of Project Management skills
