📋 Description

• Manage support projects for Duck Creek Support and Maintenance • Conduct testing and manage deployments • Provide On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis • Proactive monitoring of middleware applications and various interfaces including DuckCreek system

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Duck Creek Support and Maintenance • Proficient in maintaining and supporting Duck Creek project • Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot • Understanding and experience of software development best practices • Excellent business communication skills • Prior client-facing experience • Experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins • Knowledge of incident management, problem management and release management • Understanding of SDLC life cycle along with release planning and management • ITIL 4 certification (Good to have)
