📋 Description
• Responsible for the team and business operations within area of responsibility • Accountable for fulfilling business goals, meeting budgets, and ensuring quality of delivery by consultants. • Responsible for project oversight of staff augmentation projects. • Develops new approaches and opportunities for expanding customer base. • Creates and implements operational policies and processes to drive consistency.
🎯 Requirements
• 8 - 16 years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience and 2 years of project management leadership experience. • Functional professional with 5+ ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) • A minimum of 8 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle EBS or Cloud applications • Proficient in BI Publisher and OTBI Reports. • Proficient in writing HCM Extracts. • Proficient in preparing HDL files for Data Load. • Proficient in writing Fast Formulas. • Should have experience in Oracle Core HR and Payroll module. • Good to have knowledge in other Oracle platforms like VBCS, Workflows, OAF and OIC • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements. • Big-4 / Consulting experience highly desirable. • Master's or higher degree highly desirable.
