📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for MDR, EDR, and Incident Response, aligning with product vision and company OKRs. • Drive product discovery to understand customer needs and translate them into product opportunities. • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver outcomes. • Define and execute Go-To-Market plans with Product Marketing and run product launches. • Manage external partner and supplier relationships with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers. • Improve internal processes, tooling, and product culture to scale the business sustainably. • Use agile methodologies and data-driven decision making to measure performance and iterate. • Stay current with cybersecurity trends and drive innovation. • Report to the Director of Product Delivery as a senior individual contributor.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role owning end-to-end delivery of software products. • Proven track record of delivering complex software products using product discovery and OKRs. • Proven experience in cybersecurity, especially Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and Incident Response (IR). • Strong leadership and mentorship skills. • Experience working in cross-functional SaaS environments (Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Experience working in an agile development environment. • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom (application asks if authorized to work in the role location).
