📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs, defining structure, governance, charters, milestones, risk frameworks, and executive reporting • Own integrated program plans across workstreams, mapping dependencies, critical paths, and milestone dates • Establish and run steering committees, workstream coordination, RAID management, escalation protocols, and status reporting • Drive accountability across cross-functional workstream owners • Manage program financials, including budgets, SOW governance, and forecast-to-actual variance • Support vendor and third-party governance, SOW development, deliverables, contract compliance, and performance reviews • Lead enterprise platform migration and integration programs involving ERP, HCM, financial systems, and operational technology • Oversee data migration, testing, cutover sequencing, and post-go-live stabilization • Manage multi-site technology deployments across retail or branch locations, including provisioning, hardware coordination, scheduling, staff training, and phased rollout execution • Partner with PMs, IT leadership, and solution architects on scalable technical decisions aligned with the enterprise roadmap • Develop and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, communications, training, resistance management, and adoption measurement • Design role-based training and communication plans for corporate, field, and regional teams • Coordinate program activities across US and Latin American geographies, bridging time zones, languages, regulations, and operational norms • Conduct meetings and stakeholder sessions in English and Spanish as required • Build relationships with regional and country-level leadership to secure alignment and buy-in • Provide executive-quality status reporting to the EPMO Director, senior leadership, and steering committees • Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate risks, issues, and decisions requiring leadership intervention

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience delivering large-scale integration, migration, or transformation programs • Experience leading enterprise platform implementations or migrations (ERP, HCM, financial systems, or similar), including data migration, testing, and go-live • Experience managing multi-site technology rollouts across 50+ locations in retail, branch, or other distributed operations • Strong technical background with the ability to engage credibly with IT partners • Proven change management experience across large, distributed, multilingual workforces • Experience managing programs across multiple countries, regulatory environments, and cultures, especially in the US and Latin America • Required bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to lead meetings, present to executives, review documentation, and manage stakeholders in both languages • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, vendor governance, CapEx/OpEx tracking, and business case management • Experience in retail, financial services, specialty lending, or other multi-unit service industries preferred • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field required • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification • Experience with M&A integrations or large migrations: post-close integration planning and execution • Experience with SAFe, Scrum, or other Agile delivery frameworks in an enterprise setting • Prosci or equivalent change management certification • Familiarity with AI-powered project management tools, predictive analytics, or delivery intelligence platforms
