📋 Description

• Answer inbound patient calls • Make outbound follow-up calls • Respond to patient inquiries via email • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm medical imaging appointments • Verify and update patient information accurately • Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions • Communicate with patients and internal teams • Navigate multiple systems and document interactions accurately • Deliver an exceptional patient experience • Complete all application-process stages: application form, prescreen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview • Transition into production immediately after nesting

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English • Excellent communication and active listening skills • Patient, empathetic, and professional • Ability to build trust quickly with patients • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Comfortable multitasking across multiple applications • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently • Dependable, accountable, and punctual • Applicants must already have a Windows 11 computer (Mac devices are not supported) • Intel i5 processor or higher • Minimum 16 GB RAM • Webcam • USB headset • Reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection • Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions • A second monitor • Resumes must be submitted in English • All hiring-process communication conducted in English • Preferred experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical reception, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service
