📋 Description
• We’re hiring a hands-on Data Compliance Manager to maintain and improve our data protection, privacy and compliance activities. • You’ll work across teams in a range of activities related to maintaining privacy safeguards such as GDPR and PECR obligations, TOMs, data retention policy implementation, SARs, DMPs, DPIAs, TIAs, ROPRs and overall compliance in EU and UK jurisdictions. • The successful candidate will work with our DPO.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 4 years of in-house privacy & compliance experience in an operational role • Extensive experience working with and supporting business units to achieve data compliance goals • You should hold one or more of the following certifications: CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT CDPO • Proven experience with GDPR, PECR and related regulation in Ireland. • Having UK experience as well is a big plus • Strong practical knowledge of Article 30 records, TOMs, TIAs, and data governance • Strong documentation and policy-writing skills • Organised and results oriented • Nice to have: familiarity with data privacy requirements within European Commission-funded projects (e.g. DMPs, ethics reports)
