📋 Description

• Work with Engineering & Product teams to develop commercial software for lead planners and clients to improve financial lives. • Design, develop, and test code written in Golang and React and deployed to AWS. • Collaborate with Product and Planners to define solutions to problems. • Estimate tickets in a ScrumBan process and commit code to Git/Bitbucket mainline. • Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, regression, performance) and participate in automated testing. • Pair program with other developers and participate in daily standups. • Participate in weekly learning sessions (Tech Stack Tuesdays), bi-weekly performance initiatives (Fast Fridays), and quarterly hackathons. • Continuous learning and personal growth with mentorship opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Excited about learning new skills and working in a startup environment where change is normal • 4-8 years of full stack web development or related experience • 3+ years of experience in Go/Golang and/or React 16+ • Relational databases experience, MySQL is preferred • Experience with Golang and React • Experience with AWS: ECS, EC2, RDS, S3 • Experience with the REST Architectural style • Experience with The Clean Architecture • Experience with Git, Bitbucket • Experience with frontend toolchains such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt • Experience with frontend testing tools and frameworks such as Mocha/Chai, BrowserStack, Puppeteer • Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, regression, performance) • Experience with responsive design and PWAs • Familiarity with Linux • Familiarity with Docker • Familiarity with FinTech APIs such as Plaid, Finicity, Yodlee, APEX, Orion • Utilize state-of-the-art AI assistants like Gemini, Junie, and Copilot to accelerate development, automate repetitive coding tasks, and enhance overall engineering productivity

• $150,000-$175,000 annual salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
