📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical reference in Front-End and Web Performance, responsible for code quality, defining development standards and best practices, and leading high-complexity projects involving front-end architecture, web performance, and tracking/data measurement. • Lead end-to-end projects, ensuring the technical excellence of delivered solutions, conducting code reviews, evaluating adopted libraries and frameworks, and addressing structural gaps such as integration between paid media and CRM, Core Web Vitals optimization, and tracking ecosystem integrity. • Raise web performance standards of applications, ensuring optimized load times that positively impact retention and conversion. • Diagnose performance bottlenecks, propose solutions and oversee implementation through validation of improvements with measurable impact on business metrics. • Lead technical integration between paid traffic platforms and internal systems, implementing advanced attribution solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven solid experience in advanced front-end development, with deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, and modern web application architectures. • Ability to define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor other developers on front-end best practices (componentization, accessibility, responsiveness, technical SEO). • Proficiency with Web Analytics and Tracking tools and concepts: Google Tag Manager (including server-side), Google Analytics 4, Data Layer architecture, and offline conversion APIs. • Experience in web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, CDN) with measurable impact on business metrics. • Proficient and mandatory use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) as an integral part of the workflow. • Practical knowledge of unmanaged infrastructure, with ability to operate and integrate solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. • Proven ability to solve high-complexity problems autonomously, without constant technical supervision. • Clear and direct communication skills to report project status, risks, and blockers directly to the board and operations management. • Pragmatic, business-results-oriented profile (Growth/MarTech), understanding that technical quality should serve the purpose of increasing sales and retention. • Maturity to work in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to different project scopes (integrations, performance, tracking, refactors) according to the company's strategic needs.
