📋 Description

• Organize, structure, and track the workflow of projects and requests within the Technology area, ensuring that requests are properly qualified, documented, prioritized, and monitored from initiation through final delivery. • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, understanding needs, eliciting requirements, defining scopes, organizing information, and ensuring that deliveries meet the agreed acceptance criteria. • Support the standardization of processes, knowledge management, continuous operational improvement, and monitoring of the area's KPIs, contributing to increased efficiency, predictability, and delivery quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in project management, requirements gathering, business analysis, or technology operations. • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello, Monday, or similar. • Knowledge of functional documentation and requirements specification. • Familiarity with software development processes. • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, automations, and infrastructure to facilitate communication with technical teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity is considered a plus.
