• Execute and monitor Personnel Department routines, ensuring legal compliance, organized documentation and high-quality support to employees, including: • Process and validate electronic timekeeping using the Ahgora TOTVS system, including adjustments, entries, schedule validations, time bank management and support for managers and employees; • Perform onboarding, offboarding, vacation and leave routines; • Reconcile payroll, social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and other legal obligations processed by external accounting; • Maintain constant communication with accounting to request and verify labor information and submissions to eSocial; • Ensure compliance with applicable labor and social security legislation; • Manage benefits such as transportation voucher, meal allowance, health plan and other company-provided benefits; • Provide employee support to clarify questions related to labor matters and payroll; • Support internal and external audits related to the area; • Organize, update and maintain labor documentation and onboarding paperwork for clearance of employees at external clients; • Keep physical and digital departmental files organized and up to date; • Distribution and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); • Support SESMT (Specialized Occupational Safety and Health Service) in the control of mandatory documents and programs, such as PGR, PCMSO and ART; • Monitor and schedule mandatory trainings (NRs); • Open and monitor Work Accident Communications (CAT); • Provide logistical support to employees on business travel, including purchasing tickets and booking hotels and vehicles; • Assist in organizing lectures, informational campaigns and internal initiatives related to the area; • Provide administrative and logistical support for corporate events;
• Previous experience in Personnel/HR (Payroll) department; • Experience in payroll reconciliation and social charges; • Knowledge of labor legislation; • Experience with electronic timekeeping systems; • Organized, detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills; • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
