⢠Interface management with the warehouse, logistics partners and customer service (e.g., tracking supply chain tasks with service providers, logistics tracking, etc.) ⢠Support in the further development of the ERP system and digitally supported processes within the Operations area ⢠Assist in Key Account Management ⢠Organization and tracking of goods deliveries/shipments ⢠Automation and optimization of our supply chain.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field ⢠Some practical experience in operations, logistics or commercial/administrative roles ⢠Strong eagerness to learn, cultural openness, and a structured, independent and reliable working style ⢠High degree of ownership, strong organizational skills and good communication skills ⢠Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus ⢠Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
