📋 Description

• You are the link between our customers and the regional management • As a point of contact, you are available on site to parking users and our clients • You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance • You monitor compliance with the posted parking regulations • You document violations when parking rules are disregarded • On site you inspect signage for stability and condition, as well as consumable materials at the locations, and replenish them if necessary • You support new employees during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Class B driver's license • Availability to work shifts Monday to Saturday, 40 hours per week • Good German language skills • Strong smartphone proficiency • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Independent, responsible and conscientious work style • Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills • Relevant experience, e.g., as a security officer/security service staff, Certified Protection and Security Specialist, or in the airport/retail/shipping/logistics sectors; or as a parcel courier, courier driver, service staff, driver or delivery driver
