📋 Description

• Establishing and maintaining quality standards for all Virtual Design and Construction deliverables. • Build and manage the QA and QC framework for the department. • Lead the development of standardized processes. • Ensure consistent model and documentation quality across all projects. • Work closely with the VDC Operations Manager. • Lead a small team and develop specialized QA and QC capabilities as program matures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in VDC, BIM, or technical coordination experience. • Expert understanding of VDC tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Guardian, and ACC. • Experience building or managing QA and QC programs in construction or engineering. • Strong analytical and problem solving ability with high attention to detail. • Clear communication skills and ability to influence cross functional groups. • Travel: 10-20%
