• Sie führen Transformationsprojekte im Banking/FS-Umfeld mit Verantwortung für Teams, Budgets und Stakeholder auf C-Level • Sie treiben Digitalisierung & Automatisierung und bringen moderne Projektmanagement-Methoden (klassisch, agil, hybrid) in die Praxis, nicht nur ins Konzept • Sie entwickeln Kundenbeziehungen und Geschäftsfelder weiter auf Basis bestehender Mandate und Ihres eigenen Netzwerks • Sie stehen für Verlässlichkeit und Pragmatismus: Wenn es drauf ankommt, greifen Sie auch mal selbst zu, statt zu delegieren • Sie gestalten das Beratungsportfolio mit: Sie erkennen Chancen, stoßen Innovationen an und hinterlassen Ihren eigenen Fußabdruck
🎯 Requirements
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Management von Beratungsprojekten (vorzugsweise Banking/FS) • Stabiles Netzwerk im Finanzsektor • Freude an Geschäftsentwicklung: kein “Hunter”, sondern jemand, der Türen aufmacht und Kunden langfristig begleitet • Souveränes Auftreten, Teamorientierung und echte Kommunikationsstärke • Deutsch fließend (C1+) • Reisebereitschaft je nach Projektbedarf (realistisch meist 2–3 Tage/Woche beim Kunden, Rest remote)
