📋 Description

• Clarify requirements directly with customers and turn them into actionable specifications • Decide with the team what to build, what not to build, and what belongs in the product versus customer-specific work • Build customizations and integrations into customer systems, including APIs, workflows, identity systems, and archiving systems • Own projects with one or two other engineers from requirements through operations • Ship solutions to production, including in customer environments • Improve agent workflows and share learnings • Work across several projects and move where needed most • Work with large organizations in healthcare and other highly regulated industries on customer-specific projects and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with product ownership • Daily experience working with coding agents and personal workflows for using them • Strong code-review judgment, including identifying incorrect generated code • Solid experience in at least one of TypeScript, Flutter/Dart, or Rust • Experience with integration projects involving third-party APIs, incomplete documentation, and unfamiliar systems • Ability and willingness to write specifications, decisions, and customer messages • Fluent German and English • Experience in regulated markets or enterprise customer projects is nice to have • Link to something built and two or three sentences about working with coding agents instead of a cover letter
