📋 Description
• Lead your team in exploring and applying new technologies and practices • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Quants, and other engineering leaders • Use data and metrics to guide your team’s decision-making • Champion a metrics-driven culture focused on measurable impact • Invest in the growth and success of your team • Oversee the development of scalable, reliable systems while actively reducing technical debt • Build strong cross-functional partnerships • Communicate complex technical ideas and business updates to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in engineering leadership • 10+ years of experience in software development, particularly with .NET/C# or similar technologies • 3+ years of experience designing cloud-native systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum • A history of successfully delivering complex, scalable solutions • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities
