• Obsessed with popular sci-fi and fantasy media and love talking about it every day • Comfortable on camera with energy, humor, and fan passion • Creator’s mindset — fast, agile, and eager to build • Can create multiple videos per week with a consistent tone and clear POV • Familiar with (or eager to learn) basic podcast hosting and posting
