📋 Description

• Manage a group of staff and perform resource, development, talent, performance, compensation, retention, replacement, and termination management • Plan and control day-to-day project tasks, multiple projects, and project budgets • Develop project concepts, create plans, and oversee implementation of business solutions • Adhere to or implement organizational IT governance • Manage relationships with business and IT partners and foster commitment and teamwork • Coordinate delivery of supplier work for projects, including risk, quality, change management, schedules, and financial management • Facilitate issue resolution and handle customer escalations • Review and approve vendor invoices and expenditures • Define critical business needs and arrange appropriate resources • Evaluate and authorize work requests; develop and submit work orders; review supplier cost estimates • Define Acceptance Criteria and execute Acceptance Testing at program level • Plan, monitor, and report on project performance • Sign off on project deliverables, conduct internal project close-down, and perform Post-Implementation Reviews • Liaise with Application Architecture, ISP, and third parties as necessary • Lead or supervise teams where assigned • Deliver large-scale projects to the business • Manage retained staff, including business analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Support Services staff

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience • Level II: 4 years experience in an IT environment • Level II: 1 year in a supervisory role or 1 year as a Program Manager I • May require occasional traveling regionally or globally • Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language • Level-2: Able to take part in meetings and discussions and give information about own area of expertise • Level-2: Able to compose memos, simple letters and short texts • Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire • Employees may not engage in parallel employment, professional activities, or paid work for other entities during employment • Ownership, partnership, directorship, or participation in other businesses must be disclosed and reviewed under conflict-of-interest policies
