📋 Description

• Lead the technical evolution of the Android mobile platform used in mining operations • Develop and enhance critical features by writing high-quality code • Actively participate in strategic platform implementations • Lead architectural decisions and transform complex challenges into scalable, resilient, and sustainable solutions • Define and promote engineering, architecture, and quality standards • Drive platform evolution through incremental delivery • Design robust solutions for Offline First environments, data synchronization, intermittent connectivity, and native device capabilities • Promote automated testing, observability, continuous integration, and development best practices • Serve as a technical mentor, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge • Collaborate with Product, QA, Support, DevOps, and other teams • Communicate technical decisions, risks, strategies, and project progress in Portuguese and English to diverse audiences, including global leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Android engineering • Proficiency in Kotlin • Experience with Jetpack Compose • Experience with Clean Architecture • Experience with modularization • Knowledge of modern Android architecture • Experience with automated testing • Experience with CI/CD • Technical leadership of teams or significant projects • Experience modernizing or rebuilding legacy applications • Experience developing highly complex Android applications • Experience with Offline First applications or data synchronization • Experience with native capabilities such as geolocation, Bluetooth, and sensors • Experience in environments where quality, reliability, and availability are essential • Ability to communicate technical decisions, risks, strategies, and project progress in Portuguese and English • MQTT, Protocol Buffers, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), ESP32, Beacons, IoT, industrial applications, and telemetry systems are a plus
