📋 Description
• Develop and enhance critical features by writing high-quality code and actively participating in the platform's most strategic implementations • Lead architectural decisions, translating complex challenges into scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions • Define and promote engineering, architecture, and quality standards • Drive platform evolution through incremental deliveries, balancing innovation, quality, and continuous value delivery to the business • Design robust solutions for an Offline First environment, considering data synchronization, intermittent connectivity, and integration with native device capabilities • Promote automated testing, observability, continuous integration, and development best practices • Act as a technical mentor, performing code reviews and sharing knowledge • Collaborate with Product, QA, Support, DevOps, and other teams • Communicate technical decisions, risks, strategies, and project progress in Portuguese and English to diverse audiences, including global leadership • Contribute to the technical evolution of the mobile platform used in mining operations
