📋 Description

• Participate in the mobile project start-up, defining test strategy, automation architecture, standards and best practices; • Plan, create and execute manual and automated tests for mobile (Android) and web applications; • Develop, maintain and evolve automated tests using Robot Framework, with primary focus on Appium; • Ensure communication and integration between mobile and web automation tests across different browsers; • Work closely with the web team to ensure consistent quality across interconnected systems; • Create and maintain test cases, BDD scenarios, acceptance criteria and quality checklists; • Work with BDD and Gherkin, collaborating with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders; • Execute functional, regression, exploratory, integration and end-to-end validation tests; • Collaborate with developers to prevent defects, continuously improve quality and enhance system testability; • Perform code reviews of automated tests; • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, including the execution of automated tests; • Log, track and validate bug fixes using Jira; • Propose continuous improvements in processes, tools and test strategies; • Share knowledge and support the development of interns and junior QAs, especially in the context of automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a mid-level QA • Minimum of 3 years of mobile automation experience using Appium with Robot Framework • Strong experience with manual and automated testing • Knowledge and practice in BDD and Gherkin • Mastery of best practices for manual and automated testing • Experience with web automation using Robot Framework • Experience with source control (Git / Bitbucket) and performing code reviews • Knowledge of design patterns applied to automation (Page Object, layered architecture, reusable keywords) • Experience with CI/CD, including executing automated tests in pipelines • Experience with Jira for task management, bug tracking and test follow-up • Knowledge of API testing, including contract validation and functional endpoint testing • Experience with Postman for manual and automated testing • Knowledge of databases, including basic queries (SELECT, JOIN, INSERT) and post-execution data validation • Knowledge of load and performance testing, understanding stress, load and volume concepts, with basic result analysis • Familiarity with Android environments: emulators, physical devices and device farms • Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
