You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineers to bring your designs to life • Collaborate with the team: Partner with our Founding Product Designer to shape the product vision and refine our design process. You’ll also work closely with the CEO, Product Manager, and CTO to align on strategy and execution • Build for scale: Help establish Fay’s design system and processes, ensuring our work is consistent, scalable, and user-focused.
