📋 Description

• Provide production support and technical maintenance for .NET systems, ensuring application availability and reliability • Monitor systems and messaging infrastructure, analyzing logs, queues, and metrics to identify and resolve incidents • Perform debugging and technical triage of issues, ensuring defects are fixed and minimizing business impact • Propose and implement continuous improvements to application code, architecture, and monitoring • Support business teams and other technical areas in requirements analysis and clarification of functional questions • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations using .NET • Ensure application observability through the use of APM tools, metrics, and centralized logging • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to the complete application lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, and support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET/C# (minimum 3 years) • Experience with relational databases: SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL • Experience working with microservices and messaging environments: RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc. • Knowledge of application monitoring, log analysis, and observability tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, Kibana, etc. • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with unit testing (TDD) and design patterns • Experience integrating and supporting cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Knowledge of the financial services industry and banking operations is a plus • Experience with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, and SonarQube is a plus • Previous experience supporting critical, highly available systems is a plus • Intermediate English or Spanish is a plus • Investigative and analytical mindset, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems • Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders • Proactivity, ownership, and results-oriented mindset • Team spirit and resilience when handling critical demands • Organization and attention to detail • Ability to self-manage and work in dynamic environments
