📋 Description

• Lead the development team technically, promoting best practices, conducting code reviews and supporting developers of varying skill levels • Design software architecture ensuring scalability, security and standardization of solutions • Ensure delivery quality by performing tests and validations and participating in root cause analysis of incidents • Participate in strategic decisions regarding the technology roadmap, application modernization and technical prioritization • Develop and maintain systems using languages such as C#, VB6, VB.NET, .NET and JavaScript • Perform queries, modeling and optimization of SQL Server and Oracle databases • Participate in requirements analysis and elicitation with business areas • Develop system solutions aligned with banking and investment processes • Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical and functional system documentation • Support internal and external audits with technical and system information • Contribute to the change management flow, ensuring traceability and compliance • Perform tests and validations in staging (UAT) and production environments • Work in a multidisciplinary team with a focus on quality, security and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven development experience with C#, VB6, VB.NET, .NET Framework and JavaScript • Familiarity with architectural tools and patterns (DDD, SOLID, Clean Architecture) • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle (stored procedures, triggers, data modeling) • Experience in banking or financial environments • Experience working with GIT and Azure DevOps • Knowledge of investment banking systems (a plus) • Knowledge of Kubernetes (desirable) • Knowledge of Python (desirable) • Familiarity with system processes, integrations and automations • Experience with technical and functional documentation and change management workflows • Knowledge of systems auditing and regulatory compliance (desirable)
