📋 Description

• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React and React Native. • Work across the full development cycle: requirements analysis, interface architecture, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance. • Provide technical leadership for projects or feature teams, ensuring code standards, quality, performance and best practices. • Collaborate with backend, design, QA and product teams to ensure integration, usability and consistent experiences. • Contribute to front-end/mobile architecture decisions (componentization, state management, performance, responsiveness, cross-device/cross-platform compatibility). • Mentor and guide more junior developers (code review, best practices, technical guidance). • Ensure version control (Git), code documentation and integration with deployment pipelines/CI (when applicable).

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with React — for web. • Solid experience with React Native — for mobile (iOS/Android). • JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 — front-end fundamentals. • Responsive development and mobile/web cross-device / cross-platform expertise. • Consumption and integration with APIs / backend services. • Code versioning with Git, branch management and code review. • Experience in technical leadership / team coordination — providing best-practice guidance, mentoring and conducting code reviews. • Interface and component architecture, code organization and modularization. • Desirable / Nice-to-have: State management (Redux, Context API or similar). • Automated testing (unit and integration tests). • Continuous integration (CI/CD) and deployment pipelines. • Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. • UX/UI orientation with a strong focus on user experience.
