📋 Description

• Procurement Management: Creation and maintenance of purchase orders (POs). • Supplier selection and contract management. • Analysis of purchase requisitions (PRs). • Integration with FI (Finance) and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules. • Materials Master Data Management: Creation and maintenance of material master data. • Material categorization and coding. • Management of bills of materials (BOMs) and supply centers. • Inventory and Warehouse Management: Stock control: goods receipts, issues, and transfers. • Monitoring of stock levels. • Physical inventory processes and adjustments. • Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Analysis and execution of MRP to ensure material availability. • Automatic generation of purchase or production orders based on demand. • Supplier Management: Supplier onboarding and evaluation. • Monitoring performance and delivery compliance. • Support for supplier negotiations and contracts. • Support and Continuous Improvement: Analysis and resolution of incidents in the SAP MM system. • Support to key users and team training. • Participation in process improvement projects and implementation of new functionalities. • Technical Tasks (projects or operations): Configuration/customizing of the MM module in SAP. • Execution of functional tests (unit and integration). • Preparation of functional documentation and technical specifications. • Integration with WM (Warehouse Management), SD, PP and FI modules. • Support in rollouts and data migration (e.g., LSMW, BAPI, IDOCs).

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields. • Previous experience in SAP projects (rollout, implementation, enhancements or support). • Experience with procurement, goods receipt, inventory control, and materials planning processes. • Experience in integrated environments with other modules (FI, SD, PP, WM, etc.). • Strong knowledge of SAP MM module (including customizing/configuration). • Knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes. • Experience with SAP MM transactions (ME21N, ME51N, MIGO, MIRO, etc.). • Material and vendor master data. • MRP (Material Requirements Planning). • Basic ABAP knowledge (desirable, for reading and validating specifications). • Experience with LSMW, BAPI, IDOC, Smartforms or SAP Fiori (desirable). • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (major advantage). • Technical English (minimum) for reading SAP documentation. • Intermediate or advanced English may be required in multinational companies or global projects.
