📋 Description

• Work on backend development using .NET. • Implement customizations and improvements to Internet banking. • Support frontend development with knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. • Assist with incident handling and categorization. • Open and drive problem investigations with the responsible teams. • Create and follow up on change requests (changes). • Provide user support for changes resulting from new developments. • Route tickets to the appropriate teams when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of .NET development (backend focus). • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability. • Good communication and ease of interaction with users and teams. • Proactivity in supporting and directing requests. • Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility. • Nice to have: Familiarity with ServiceNow. • Previous experience with banking environments or financial systems.
