• Prospect and qualify leads for the products, services and spaces under your responsibility; • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients and partners, negotiating contracts and partnerships; • Conduct on-site visits at the AI Transformation Hub, presenting the portfolio of solutions and opportunities; • Develop and prepare attractive, well-structured commercial proposals; • Lead negotiations and closings with a focus on consistent delivery and achieving targets; • Manage and update the CRM with discipline and attention to detail, tracking all stages of the sales funnel; • Manage and optimize the occupancy of meeting rooms and auditoriums, ensuring efficiency and revenue maximization; • Create promotional campaigns and sales strategies to increase the space's revenue; • Provide direct customer service across multiple channels with empathy and a consultative approach.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related fields; • Proven experience in technology or digital solutions sales; • Personal and/or professional use of AI and automation tools in daily work (required); • Experience in mapping, prospecting and qualifying leads; • Experience in preparing commercial proposals and presentations; • Proficiency with CRM tools and a data-driven mindset; • Ability to develop strategies to monetize spaces and experiences; • Native Portuguese and intermediate English (desirable); • Highly organized, focused and disciplined profile; • Proactivity, collaboration and empathy to work with different departments and client profiles; • Adaptability to dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• Flexibility to attend events until 10:00 PM, with time compensation • Availability for events and external visits as needed • Hybrid work model (3 days in the office)
