📋 Description

• Act as the client’s Trusted Advisor, understanding business needs and translating them into requirements for technical teams • Serve as the bridge between the business and technical areas, ensuring alignment among expectations, solutions, and deliverables • Support the definition of the GLPI implementation and evolution strategy, focusing on the ITSM module • Lead the discovery, refinement, and prioritization of demands with a consultative approach and a focus on business value • Follow the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to requirements, timelines, and delivery quality • Support functional architecture discussions—without acting as the architect—ensuring best practices and alignment with the ServiceNow framework • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, including alignment sessions, refinement meetings, status reports, and executive presentations • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization on the platform • Work closely with the client in a Product Owner/Functional Consultant capacity, focused on value and results • Work with a client in the retail sector

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a GLPI Consultant, with a focus on the ITSM module • Experience serving as the interface between business and technology • Experience gathering and managing requirements, backlogs, and enhancement requests • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at different levels, from technical teams to executives • Strategic and analytical mindset to propose business-aligned solutions • Experience working in complex corporate environments involving multiple teams • Knowledge of GLPI solutions across multiple modules • ITSM module certification is a plus • Experience with portals and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
